COMPLAINT CHANNEL
Our company has a Corporate Code of Ethics and a crime prevention model. This whistleblower channel is available to receive information that allows us to identify, investigate, and correct any deviations in our procedures, take preventive measures, and apply sanctions as appropriate.
According to the nature of the complaint, some may be anonymous, while others must necessarily contain the identification of the complainant.
We provide this channel with 2 types of forms for you to submit your complaint, these are:
– Anonymous Form
– Non-Anonymous Form
Labor Complaint
Indication of the name of the person making the complaint, position, place of work, and company if they are a supplier and/or client.
Economic Crime
Indication of the name of the person making the complaint, position, place of work, and company if they are a supplier and/or client.
Risk Prevention and Safety
This refers to any event that compromises the safety of people and/or the integrity of assets, both of the company and of third parties.
Food Safety
Concerns regarding the safety, authenticity, legality, and quality of the products.
